The Role

The Configuration Specialist is an expert role responsible for delivering configuration and localization for the Qapter suite of products. Reporting to the Configuration Team Lead, this position can be filled at a junior or senior level and offers a potential career development path from other Professional Services teams. The role involves analyzing configuration requests and delivering optimal solutions while working independently and efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating closely with the configuration team and colleagues in Professional Services and Product & Development.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver configurations and localizations for the Qapter suite of products.
• Utilize programming experience to become an expert configurator.
• Analyze requests to present the best outcomes for configuration delivery.
• Manage multiple parallel projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with the configuration team and other departments to achieve project goals.
• Maintain documentation and track progress in tools like JIRA and Confluence.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-3 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to configuration: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.
• Experience with technical implementations and integration projects, including SOAP, APIs, API management, OAuth, and XML.
