Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to lead the day‑to‑day change process for the vehicle and its support system in a fast‑moving engineering program in Sydney. You will own the change register end to end and guide owners as they raise and enrich requests, coordinating impact assessments across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

You will work with the Configuration Manager to provide status updates, maintain baselines, and ensure changes are released and reflected

Qualifications

• Coordinating engineering change in a regulated industry.
• Ability to move a high volume of concurrent work to a deadline.
• Hands-on experience with PLM, ERP or change management tools.
• Knowledge of BOM structures and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the program change register from intake to implementation.
• Guide change owners in raising and enriching their requests.
• Coordinate impact assessments across disciplines and chase blockers.
• Prepare change packs with impacted items, baselines and details.
• Facilitate change review forums.
• Verify approved changes are released and reflected on the product.
• Maintain vehicle and support system baselines.
• Check change propagation through BOMs (EBOM/MBOM/SBOM).
• Report status: open items, ageing, and blocked changes.
• Compile change and release evidence for configuration audits.
