Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless and professional food and beverage service in a corporate or fine dining environment, ensuring a world-class guest experience.
• Execute precise table setups and multi-course dining service, with expert knowledge of cutlery use and silver service techniques.
• Provide professional beverage service, including wine service.
• Confidently carry and manage trays for beverages, canapés, and à la carte service.
• Maintain the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Liaise effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth event execution.
• Strong knowledge of AV and technical setup.
• Uphold venue safety, hygiene, and RSA compliance standards.
