Job summary

Prydes Confectionery in Melbourne's eastern suburbs is hiring Production Operators for day and afternoon shifts. You will operate confectionery manufacturing and packing lines, measure ingredients, monitor line quality, and help teams meet daily production targets.

We provide full training, a supportive team, staff rewards, and opportunities to grow in a busy food manufacturing facility. Successful applicants will complete a pre-employment medical.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing process, operating production and packing lines and ensuring our delicious products meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

Operate confectionery manufacturing equipment.

Mix and cook raw materials and ingredients according to product recipes.

Meet daily production schedules and targets to satisfy customer needs.

Monitor quality standards and follow SOPs and work procedures.

Use lifting devices for bulk movements when required.

Clean and maintain equipment in line with food safety guidelines.
