Job summary

Kaly Construction is seeking experienced concreters/formworkers to join our team on a major renewable energy infrastructure project in NSW. You will perform concrete slabs, footings, trenches and formwork, with a focus on high quality and safety while working around reinforcement and cast-in items.

Ideal candidates have proven concreting experience on civil or infrastructure projects, strong finishing skills, and the ability to pass onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concreter on civil or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with structural concrete highly regarded.
• Ability to work safely and productively within a construction crew.
• Strong finishing and screeding skills.
• Construction White Card and current driver’s licence are required.
• Ability to pass project onboarding requirements is essential.
• Willingness to work FIFO/DIDO rosters and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Concrete slabs and equipment foundations.
• Footings and foundations.
• Cable trenches and associated concrete works.
• Formwork preparation and stripping.
• Screeding, finishing and curing.
• Working around reinforcement and cast-in items.
• General civil and substation concrete works.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety.
