Landcare Property Maintenance in Epping VIC is seeking an experienced Concreter to join a small but growing team. Based in the Northern Suburbs, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in the construction industry.

You will complete tasks to prepare, pour and finish concrete footpaths, kerb & channel, vehicle and pram crossings, with backfill and topsoil. Prior experience and a practical attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Footpaths, crossovers, pram crossings and kerb & channel reinstatement experience.
• Experience with excavator is desirable.
• Truck license (HR) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, box, pour and finish concrete footpaths, kerb & channel, vehicle crossings and pram crossings.
• Backfill & topsoil
• Assist in cutting and removing existing concrete
• Complete work to a high standard free of defects to company satisfaction
