Job summary

Hymix Australia is seeking a Concrete Plant Manager in Windsor to lead the Narangba and Windsor plants, overseeing safety, production, maintenance planning and cost performance. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated leader to join our Concrete Operations team as a Concrete Plant Manager, overseeing our Windsor Plant and playing a key role in driving operational performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

As a Concrete Plant Manager, you will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to lead and support daily production operations while fostering a strong team culture focused on continuous improvement and professional growth. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe plant operations, optimising production performance, maintaining product quality standards, and contributing to the ongoing success of the business through effective leadership and operational excellence.

About the Role:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Narangba and Windsor Plants, overseeing safety, production, maintenance planning, and cost performance to achieve operational excellence.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to champion Hymix’s vision, values, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, ensuring we consistently deliver on our commitment to creating the perfect day for our customers.
