Heidelberg Materials' Hymix Bunbury unit is seeking an experienced Concrete Plant Manager to safely lead our Bunbury concrete operation, overseeing production, dispatch, quality and service.

You will lead a team, manage budgets and metrics, drive safety, maintenance, cost control, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring high standards of safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a concrete, quarry, manufacturing, logistics or industrial operation.
• Strong leadership skills to engage, coach and develop teams.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound commercial acumen and experience managing costs and performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety-first culture across all plant operations.
• Manage daily concrete production and dispatch activities to meet customer requirements.
• Manage budgets, reporting and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and cost control initiatives ensuring compliance with policies, environment and regulations.
• Manage plant maintenance programs to maximise equipment reliability and availability.
• Lead, coach and develop plant employees, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
