Job summary

Hymix Bunbury is seeking an experienced Concrete Plant Manager to safely lead the Bunbury concrete operation, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while delivering exceptional service to customers across WA. This role reports to the Area Manager and leads production and delivery personnel to meet business objectives.

You will drive a safety-first culture, manage production, budgets and performance metrics, and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a concrete, quarry, manufacturing, logistics or industrial operation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and develop teams.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound commercial acumen and experience managing operational costs and performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the construction materials industry is highly regarded.

Concrete Plant Manager | Hymix Bunbury

Hymix is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Concrete Plant Manager to safely lead our Hymix concrete operation in Bunbury.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the plant, ensuring exceptional customer service, product quality and team performance. At Hymix, we understand the importance of time and strive to provide our customers the highest level of service and on-site support.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the Hymix Bunbury concrete plant. Leading a team of production and delivery personnel, you will ensure the plant consistently delivers outstanding service while maintaining Hymix’s high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and promote a strong safety-first culture across all plant operations
