Boral Concrete in Garbutt, Townsville, seeks a Driver to operate a mini agitator and support batching operations. You’ll join a small team, deliver to residential and client sites, with full training provided.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with early start hours, and a clear path for career progression within Boral. You’ll be customer-facing and contribute to safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous driving experience
• Current MR or HR licence
• Strong safety focus

Responsibilities

• Operate a mini agitator truck and complete customer deliveries around Townsville and region
• Perform daily pre-start checks and maintain safety standards
• Learn and assist with concrete batching activities to specified designs
• Collaborate with customers, drivers and plant staff to meet operational needs
• Deliver excellent customer service and keep the vehicle clean and presentable
• Work Monday to Friday with early starts and possible Saturday mornings
• Hours are variable with overtime based on workload and bookings
