Job summary

Civmec Construction & Engineering Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team for the Perth Parks Project. Responsibilities include all aspects of concrete works, operating power trowels, and maintaining tools and equipment.

The ideal candidate has previous civil construction experience, especially in mining or infrastructure, and a commitment to achieving high project tolerances.

Qualifications

• Previous civil construction experience within mining or major infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated experience operating power trowels.
• Competent in soft-cut saw operation for early-entry joints.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of concrete works including placement and finishing.
• Review SWMS and participate in pre-start planning.
• Set up job fronts and ensure required tooling is prepared.
• Liaise with Supervisors to confirm concrete volumes.
• Operate walk-behind power trowels for high-quality finishing.
