Swan Materials, now part of Adbri, is seeking a motivated Concrete Batcher to support our WA operations in Cockburn area. You will operate batching systems, manage customer orders, and coordinate deliveries with drivers and suppliers while maintaining safety standards.
In this hands-on role you will also assist with stock checks, yard duties and general site support. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in this fast-paced environment.
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Concrete Batcher to join the team at Swan Materials. This is a varied, hands-on operational role where no two days are the same. You'll spend most of your day operating the batching system, coordinating deliveries with drivers and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. When batching is quieter, you'll also pitch in around the plant with stock checks, housekeeping and general site support to help keep operations running smoothly.
This is more than a traditional batching role - you'll also be the first point of contact for customers, taking orders over the phone and managing enquiries throughout the day. Strong phone-based customer service skills are essential, as you'll be speaking with customers, drivers and suppliers daily while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage a busy operation, communicate well with customers and drivers, and remain calm under pressure.
