Job summary

Midway invites applications for Concrete Agitator Drivers at our Lara operations in Victoria. You will operate concrete agitator trucks, maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with OH&S and RMS laws in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

We value safety, reliability and strong communication. This role offers above award hourly rates with penalties and superannuation, with typical hours around 50–55 per week in Lara.

Midway is one of the largest local independent supplier of concrete and quarry products in Victoria. We currently have four concrete plants in operation.

In your new role with us, you will be:

• Ensuring safe operation, general maintenance and cleaning of a concrete truck
• Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships
• Complying with all relevant OH&S legislation and RMS laws
• Undertaking general cleaning of yard when required

Successful applicants will possess:

• HR (Heavy Rigid) or higher category Licence is essential

• Concrete agitator driving experience is an advantage, however full training will be provided for the right candidates
