VMCH is seeking a Casual Concierge to support residents at St Joseph Mews, Hawthorn. You will welcome guests, attend to day‑to‑day requests, arrange transport and assist with food and beverage service during in‑house events, with Friday 5pm–9pm and Saturday shifts.
The role requires a positive, customer‑focused attitude and hospitality experience; RSA, First Aid Level 2 and CPR are required. VMCH offers competitive hourly rates, casual loading and salary packaging within a supportive team.
As a Concierge you will residents with their day-to-day requests attending to lifestyle and hospitality requests, arranging transport, assisting with medical requirements. You will maintain the presentation of the common areas and assist with food and beverage service in a variety of settings assisting with in-house functions and events.
Friday 5.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm - 8.00am sleepover 8.00am – 10.00am reception Saturday.
Saturday 6.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm-8.00am sleepover 8.00am -10.00am reception Sunday
