Shayher Group is seeking a Concierge to work with the General Manager at The One Residences, an 80-floor tower on Adelaide Street in Brisbane. The role requires a minimum of 6 months' experience in concierge or customer service and involves greeting residents, assisting with requests, monitoring access, coordinating deliveries, and reporting maintenance issues.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or visa holders, with hours Tue-Sat 8:30am–5:00pm; Mandarin speaking is preferred and

We are currently seeking a Concierge to work with the General Manager and provide excellent customer service at The One Residences - an 80 Floor Tower located on Adelaide Street.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in concierge or customer service roles.

This is an entry level position and may suit a recent graduate or a person with a valid working visa.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, visitors and contractors with a professional and friendly approach
• Assist with resident requests and general enquiries
• Monitor building access and maintain security protocols
• Coordinate deliveries and manage mail and parcel systems
• Report maintenance issues or building concerns promptly
• Support building management and contribute to a positive, safe community

What We Need:

• A genuine passion for helping people and creating a great first impression
• Previous experience in a customer service role, hospitality, retail or front-of-house roles
• Well-presented, punctual and professional
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Manadarin Speaking is preferred
• Availability to work business hours only

Hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm
