Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a BIM Specialist to join a national BIM team in Sydney. The role focuses on developing digital systems, scripting, automation and computational workflows to enhance how architects work across the practice.

You'll work at the intersection of architecture, design technology and digital innovation, researching new tools and turning ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience in computational design or related technical discipline within architecture or built environment.
• Strong scripting or programming skills (Python, C#, JavaScript or similar).
• Experience with automation tools, parametric workflows or software integrations.
• Understanding of BIM environments and design workflows (Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper).

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts, tools and automated workflows to improve design processes and productivity.
• Support BIM standards, digital systems and computational design strategies.
• Research emerging technologies and AI-enabled workflows for architectural practice.
• Turn challenges into technical solutions in collaboration with architects and BIM teams.
• Share knowledge and help adopt new tools across studios.
