You will work closely with pharmacists, manage inventory, maintain a compliant environment, and deliver patient-friendly service with meticulous care and time management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as Dispensary Technician or similar pharmacy role.
• Strong dispensing and prescription-processing experience.
• High level of proficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of customised compounded medications.
• Follow established compounding procedures and formulas accurately.
• Weighing, measuring and preparing ingredients with precision.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compounding records.
• Assist pharmacists with dispensing and prescription processing.
• Receive and process prescriptions.
• Answer telephone enquiries and assist patients.
• Maintain dispensary and compounding stock.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant compounding environment.
• Follow pharmacy procedures, quality standards and workplace protocols.
• Manage competing priorities and complete tasks within required timeframes.
