SkinKandy is seeking a Compliance & Safety Manager to protect and strengthen standards across a growing multi-site network, including studios, HQ and warehouse. The role focuses on practical systems that embed safe, compliant operations into daily behaviours and training.

You’ll translate standards and legislation into clear processes, influence leaders and frontline teams, and drive continuous improvement in risk, safety and compliance.

Formación

• Experience leading risk and compliance across multi-site operations.
• Ability to translate standards/legislation into practical processes.
• Strong attention to detail with big-picture view.

Responsabilidades

• Manage our risk register and compliance obligations, tracking actions to closure.
• Oversee workplace health and safety across studios, HQ and warehouse.
• Manage skin penetration licensing, council inspections and infection prevention compliance.
• Lead compliance audits, incident management and investigations.
• Coordinate compliance training, reporting and continuous improvement.
