Job summary

Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment is assisting a Digital Assets firm in appointing a Compliance Analyst for permanent placement at their Sydney head office. The role focuses on regulatory reporting, incident management and ensuring robust policy compliance.

You will engage with stakeholders across APAC, monitor controls, and contribute to documentation and reporting, with a strong emphasis on analytical thinking, attention to detail and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in compliance within compliance and assurance.
• Knowledge of digital assets regulations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Full Australian working rights and fluent English.

• ASX and ASIC reporting as required
• Compiling incident reports for APAC compliance incidents
• Documenting and updating documents that have been drafted by the General Counsel

Requirements
