Job summary

APA Group in Australia is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support effective compliance management and governance across our national energy infrastructure. You will work with stakeholders to maintain regulatory obligations registers, monitor programs, and provide insights to drive strong governance outcomes.

You will bring experience in compliance, risk, governance, audit, or legal, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships across diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, risk, governance, audit, or a related environment.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance across the business.
• Assist with maintaining compliance obligations registers, monitoring schedules, and control self-assessments.
• Monitor compliance issues, incidents, and remediation activities, ensuring remediation actions stay on track.
• Support key compliance programs including Privacy, AML/CTF, Sanctions, AFSL, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.
• Collect, maintain, and manage compliance evidence and documentation.
