Job summary

APA Group is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support effective governance and regulatory obligations across our national energy infrastructure business. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to maintain registers, monitor programs, and provide insights to strengthen compliance outcomes.

  • Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance across the business.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance obligations registers, monitoring schedules, and control self-assessments.
  • Monitor compliance issues, incidents, and remediation activities, ensuring remediation actions remain on track.
  • Support key compliance programs, including Privacy, AML/CTF, Sanctions, AFSL, and Anti‑Bribery & Corruption.
  • Collect, maintain, and manage compliance evidence and documentation.
  • Contribute to business, divisional, and Board-level reporting.
  • Support the use of technology and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes and reporting.

Compliance Analyst

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to support compliance activities, maintain regulatory obligations registers, monitor compliance programs, and provide valuable insights that help drive strong governance outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance across the business.
