Job description

We're driving licensing and regulatory strategy across current and emerging iGaming markets - real market entry work, not theory. This role brings dedicated project management to the end-to-end licence application lifecycle: tracking milestones, consolidating documentation and keeping visibility over deadlines across jurisdictions. It's how our programme stays on schedule and to a high standard as we grow faster and go further.

What you’ll build with us:

This isn't stepping into an existing system, it's building the project management approach from the ground up. Think Peru, Colombia and beyond: working alongside local counsel who know the language, the regulators and the paperwork, aligning Legal, Operations and Finance as the footprint expands. We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

Who is Easygo?

We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.

We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The impact you’ll make:
  • Own the day-to-day project plan for licence applications — timelines, dependencies and stakeholder sign-off
  • Maintain a central register of licence applications, renewals and reporting obligations across every jurisdiction, flagging deadlines before they become problems
  • Manage scheduling, meeting prep and follow-up actions for engagement with regulators, legal counsel and industry advisors
  • Monitor and log global regulatory developments in a structured repository to support strategic impact assessment
  • Coordinate across Legal, Operations and Finance to keep compliance initiatives aligned with business timelines
  • Assist in drafting documentation for compliance frameworks as we enter new jurisdictions
  • Prepare status reports and dashboards on licensing and project progress for the Head of Compliance
Your track record:
  • 2+ years' experience in projects, project coordination or programme support, ideally within a regulated, legal or compliance environment (iGaming, financial services or similar)
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing licensing applications and interactions with regulators across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong understanding of international gaming regulations and market entry requirements
  • A business-related degree
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, GRC platforms and AI to manage and communicate projects
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Legal qualifications or a background in law
