Job summary

Telescope AI is seeking a Compliance Administrator to be the organisational backbone of compliance across the business. This is an administrative role: you’ll keep our compliance operations running smoothly day to day, maintaining the records, policies, and reporting that keep us aligned with the regulations governing AI usage, financial services, and brokerage collaboration.

You don’t need to be a senior compliance expert.

Qualifications

• You should be organised and detail-oriented with strong records management.
• Experience coordinating audits and client requests.
• Ability to manage workflows and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Interest in AI/finance compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Records & Documentation: Keep compliance records, registers, and policy documents accurate, up to date, and easy to find.
• Coordinate Audits & Reviews: Help prepare for internal and external audits, gather the right documentation, and keep responses on track.
• Support Reporting: Assist with compliance reporting obligations and help prepare clear reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage Compliance Workflows: Track tasks, deadlines, and approvals across the compliance function, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Handle Client & Partner Requests: Field incoming compliance queries from clients and brokers, and route or respond to them with guidance from the team.
• Support Policy Upkeep: Help maintain and distribute compliance policies and procedures as they’re created and updated.
