Job summary

Montessori Care is seeking a skilled Complex Support Worker to join a stable in‑home care team for long‑term NDIS participants with high physical needs. You will perform PEG feeding, catheter care, complex bowel management, and seizure response as part of a consistent rostered team.

The role requires hands‑on HIPDA experience, a current NSW Driver’s Licence, and relevant certifications. We offer ongoing permanent opportunities, with competitive hourly rates and pathways for upskilling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HIPDA experience with 3+ clinical tasks required
• Ability to work from day one in a stable team setting
• Current NSW Driver's Licence and own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Perform complex bowel care (enemas/suppositories where delegated)
• Provide urinary catheter care (IDC/SPC - care only)
• Support PEG/PEJ feeding (administer feeds, flushes, hygiene)
• Demonstrate tracheostomy awareness (care/observation)
• Monitor pressure care and skin integrity
• Assist respiratory support awareness
• Offer medication assistance
