  • Partner with L&D to link capability growth, certifications and leadership development to reward outcomes.
  • Own remuneration governance, policies, compliance, equity reviews (including gender pay gap analysis) and Board/executive reporting.
  • Lead market benchmarking (e.g. Aon Radford) and deliver insights, dashboards and analytics to support remuneration and workforce decisions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Significant experience in remuneration, compensation and benefits, reward, or workforce strategy roles within a professional services, consulting, technology, or corporate environment.

  • Experience conducting gender pay gap analysis and remuneration equity reviews.
  • Advanced remuneration modelling, analytical, and reporting capability.
  • Experience using market benchmarking tools and salary survey data, with Aon Radford experience highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders and executives.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance business outcomes, market competitiveness, and employee experience.
  • Advanced Excel, workforce analytics, and HRIS reporting capability (Oracle Fusion desirable).
  • Act as NRI's subject matter expert in remuneration and reward.
