Job summary

Simply Helping is seeking experienced and reliable Support Workers across Perth's south-east and eastern suburbs. You will provide a range of NDIS supports, including personal care, community access, and companionship, to help clients live independently at home and in the community.

Ideal candidates have strong personal care experience, a Cert III, and a passion for person-centred care. Availability of at least 3 days per week is preferred, with shifts including early mornings, daytime and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated personal care experience.
• Minimum Cert III in Disability/Indiv Support or Aged Care.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Passion for person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and assistance with daily living.
• Community access and participation.
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and activities.
• Shopping and errands.
• Meal preparation.
• Domestic assistance.
• Social and recreational activities.
