Responsibilities

• Assist residents to achieve optimal functioning and independence via care planning.
• Deliver quality clinical care and support for residents’ well‑being and comfort.
• Provide advanced clinical care including medication management and wound care.
• Monitor care plans and participate in clinical auditing.
