Outlook is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting older people to live independently at home. The Residential Cleaner – Aged Care role covers a range of domestic tasks across client homes, with flexible part-time shifts and travel between sites.

You will maintain high cleanliness standards, follow policies, and contribute to a compassionate, professional service that enhances clients’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic cleaning services or similar roles focusing on cleanliness and hygiene.
• Kind, compassionate approach with commitment to helping older people live independently at home.
• Ability to perform a range of cleaning tasks (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, baths and kitchens, bins) and maintain a clean, safe home.

Responsibilities

• Perform domestic cleaning tasks across client homes to a high standard.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in line with organisational policies.
• Support clients to remain independent with person-centred care where applicable.
