Qualifications

• Previous experience in aged care essential.
• Availability to work 6-10 shifts per fortnight.
• Understanding of Aged Care Standards and legislative requirements.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and work in a team.
• Excellent communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of care and service to residents.
• Assist residents to maintain activities of daily living.
• Report health changes to nursing staff and document in charts.
• Record resident information in charts in a timely manner.
• Meet social, emotional, spiritual, cultural and recreational resident needs.
• Maintain professional customer service when interacting with residents and staff.
