Job summary

Jones Radiology in Eastwood is seeking a patient bookings consultant to join our Central Bookings Contact Centre. You will be the first point of contact for patients, clinics and hospitals, providing clear, professional support over the phone and helping patients access imaging services.

You will book appointments, answer enquiries, update records across multiple systems and guide callers through the next steps in their healthcare journey in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre, healthcare, administration, reception or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication and empathy when assisting patients and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and web requests from patients, referrers and healthcare professionals.
• Book and schedule medical imaging appointments across Jones Radiology network.
• Provide clear information with care and professionalism to patients.
• Enter and update patient information across systems with accuracy.
• Use internal knowledge resources to resolve enquiries and identify next steps.
• Support callers to navigate the patient journey with calm and efficiency.
• Follow established processes and maintain high-quality patient experience.
