Care Aust Pty Ltd is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide in-home care, companionship and daily living assistance, including personal care, mealtime management and medication support. A private car is required, and shifts are casual with varying hours across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Disability Care, with prior experience in aged or community care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Disability Care or equivalent.
• Experience in aged or community care preferred.
• Able to be adaptable, empathic, and resourceful.
• Must have car and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home care including personal hygiene, dressing and daily living assistance.
• Assist with mealtime management and medications as needed.
• Deliver companionship and support to promote independence and quality of life.
• Support residents with community activities and daily routines.
