Job summary

Optimo Care Group is hiring Care Assistants to support people in Crosby and Formby at home. You will provide compassionate in-home care, helping clients with daily tasks while promoting independence and dignity.

Full training is provided, with rota availability and a refer-a-friend scheme. A full UK driving licence may be required for certain routes, and you will join a friendly, supportive team dedicated to making a difference.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate demeanour for in-home support.
• Willingness to complete full training and join a supportive team.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Support people in their own homes to live independently.
• Help with daily activities including washing, dressing and personal care.
• Prepare meals or assist with eating and drinking; support with medication.
• Assist with everyday tasks around the home and provide companionship.
• Encourage independence and build genuine relationships with clients and families.
• Keep families and colleagues updated about changes or concerns.
