Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Casual Residential Housekeeping Partner in Byford to create a clean, comfortable environment for Graceford residents. You will clean rooms, refresh communal areas, handle laundry, restock supplies and assist residents with simple routines to help them feel at home.

Work closely with the care team to uphold infection-control practices, use equipment correctly and notice when residents need extra support.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning, laundry and chemical use.
• Ability to manage a busy, physically demanding workload.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Genuine empathy and enjoyment of working with older people.

Responsibilities
