Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a casual Hotel Services - Housekeeping/servery team member to help keep our aged care facilities clean, welcoming and comfortable for residents. You will work with the Hotel Services Team Leader and rotate through dining areas, lounges and residents' rooms, while following hygiene protocols and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes physical activity, ability to lift and bend, and a supportive, compassionate approach to residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laundry, cleaning, or similar support role.
• Be a strong team player, you are friendly, respectful, courteous and has a strong work ethic
• A warm, friendly and compassionate approach, with a genuine desire to support and engage with our residents.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to follow procedures and communicate clearly with your team.
• Proactive in supporting residents in dining areas, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment.
• A confident problem-solver who can work independently, take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, hardworking, flexible and with good availability to cover a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy the dining areas, hallways, lounges, library and residents' rooms.
• Follow all hygiene protocols while performing cleaning tasks with a stable trolley and equipment.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, safe, trip-free and hazard-free condition at all times.
