Job summary

Home Care Assistance Sydney East is seeking a Female Care Worker for a casual pool to support elderly and disabled clients in homes and community settings. The role emphasizes high personal care, reliability, and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care (or be working towards it), First Aid/CPR, and NDIS orientation, with compulsory smartphone and license requirements. Flexible shifts and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Support clients in their own homes and the community.
• Must have a reliable smartphone with data, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and car insurance.
• Police check required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general domestic tasks, personal care and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Provide transport services.
• Ensure client safety during the service and support their needs.
