Job summary

Montefiore is seeking motivated Home Care Workers to provide individualized aged care support in Lower North Shore, NSW. The role covers personal care, companionship, domestic duties, meal prep, and escorting clients to appointments, with shifts Monday to Sunday.

Ideal candidates have active experience in aged care, flexibility for weekdays and weekends, and a Certificate III in Individual or Disability Support. A vehicle and insurance are helpful as travels may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients in an Aged Care setting.
• Available during the week and on weekends.
• First Aid Certificate (if applicable) and Covid-19 vaccination recommended.
• Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance is advantageous.
• Be available for shifts Monday to Sunday.
