Job summary

My Guardian is expanding its dedicated Home Care Worker team in Grovedale, VIC. The role focuses on companionship, daily living support, and helping clients stay connected with the community.

You will contribute to safe, comfortable home environments while building trusted relationships with clients and families. Casual/Vacation positions with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport and supporting independent living.
• Ability to document care accurately and communicate with families and coordinators.
• Valid First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain them quickly).

Responsibilities

• True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional well-being.
• Independence at Home: Personal care, helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.
• Community Connection: Driving clients to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.
