My Guardian is expanding in Mooroopna, VIC, recruiting Home Care Workers to provide compassionate, personalised in-home care. You will help clients stay independent, assist with daily tasks, and accompany them to appointments and activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Strong communication and ability to document care accurately with families and coordinators.
• Certifications: First Aid & CPR, NDIS Check, Police Check; Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• True companionship: build real connections and support emotional wellbeing.
• Independence at home: assist with personal care, light duties, cleaning, laundry and meal prep.
• Community connection: accompany clients to social activities, appointments and shopping.
