Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service in Toowoomba is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to help older people stay independent at home. You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks and build trusted relationships that promote wellbeing and social connection.

You will monitor wellbeing, respond to changes and deliver safe, person-centred care across the community. A current C Class driver’s licence, First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to work independently are

Qualifications

• C Class driver’s licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain on commencement.
• Strong communication skills and sound judgement; ability to work independently.
• Commitment to client privacy, dignity and safety.
