Job summary

IRT Group in Batemans Bay is seeking kind-hearted home care employees to support customers at home, promoting wellbeing, independence and engagement in activities aligned with their interests. You will help maintain quality of life while enabling residents to stay in their familiar surroundings.

Positions are permanent part‑time across all grades (Grade 1–4B). Certificate III is not required but preferred; at least 3 months in home/aged care. Monday–Friday shifts; hours vary 7am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Certificate III not required but preferred.
• At least 3 months experience in home care and/or aged care.
• Hours vary between 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• Domestic Assistance ( Cleaning, tidying, organising)
• Personal Care / Showering
• Cooking & Food Preparation
• Transports to Appointments and social engagements
• Providing Companionship
• Assistance to IRT customers to continue to live well and positively in their own home
