First Staff Limited is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, housekeeping, and personal care. The role offers flexible hours and weekly payment, with a starting rate of £12.71 per hour and potential for increases.

Ideal candidates are experienced and reliable and can start as soon as possible. Training is provided, with access to a pension scheme and 24-hour office support to help you balance work and life commitments.

Responsibilities

• General Housekeeping
• Personal care – helping residents to wash/shower and dress
• Talking to residents to help them feel less anxious
• Making and changing beds
• Serving food, or helping people to eat
• Using moving/handling equipment
