Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will provide personal care, emotional support, and help with daily activities within a caring team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful experiences for residents.
• Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all tasks.
• Undertake additional duties as required to ensure care quality.
