Warramunda Village in Kyabram, Victoria, is seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team and deliver person-centred care to residents in our aged care setting.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications safely, support ADLs, document accurately, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold safety and high standards of care.

Competenze

• Diploma or Certificate of Nursing with med endorsement and injectables.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Annual CPR.
• Unencumbered police check.
• Experience in residential aged care.

Mansioni

• Monitor and report changes in residents' wellbeing to the Registered Nurse.
• Support resident care, including activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Safe administration of medications and wound management per medication safety rules.
• Provide clinical care within scope of practice as directed by the Registered Nurse.
• Accurate, timely documentation meeting legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in emergency response procedures as required.
• Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers to support best practice care.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies including post-falls observations and infection control.
