Job summary

Estia Health Knoxfield is seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our team on a Part-Time/Casual basis for morning shifts (7 am – 3 pm). Our aim is to provide high quality, person-centered care to residents in a supportive team environment.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, document in line with AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards, and mentor Personal Care Workers. A Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration are required; empathy and strong communication are

Qualifications

• Empathetic, caring and able to build rapport with residents, families and team members.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills for accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents.
• Create comprehensive assessments and care plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care.
