Job summary

Estia Health Knoxfield is seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our team on a Part-Time/Casual basis for morning shifts (7 am – 3 pm). Our aim is to provide high quality, person-centered care to residents in a supportive team environment.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, document in line with AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards, and mentor Personal Care Workers. A Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration are required; empathy and strong communication are

About the Role

Estia Health Knoxfield is seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN's) to join our team on a Part -Time/Casual basis, for Morning Shifts (7 am - 3 pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to our residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care

Requirements

• You'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home.
• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• The ability to build and develop rapport with our residents, their families, and visitors
• A nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
