Job summary

Harbour at Home is hiring Domestic Assistants to provide essential cleaning and home support for aged clients in the Coffs Harbour and surrounding communities. You’ll help with daily tasks to enable clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.

We value stable, flexible, and fulfilling work and offer ongoing training, including CPR and manual handling, plus a monthly staff meeting for connection and development.

Responsibilities

• Perform household tasks to support clients’ independent living (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds, linen changes, bathrooms and kitchens, laundry)
• Maintain clean and comfortable home environments
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with clients
