Job summary

Active Ability Care in Sydney is seeking Disability Support Workers to help adults and kids live more independently. You’ll assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and getting to appointments, and you’ll be part of a team that values genuine, reliable, human care.

Flexibility is key—work 3 hours or 35 hours per week. You may work in clients' homes, in the community, or at the beach, with training provided and a pathway to ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's licence.
• WWC clearance or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS worker check (can be obtained later).
• Good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cooking, cleaning, and appointments.
• Support independence and life skills.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• May assist with garden work or community activities.
