Job summary

Achieve Australia in New South Wales is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to provide person-centered support to people with a disability. You will help clients set goals and live the life they choose, in a group home setting on a 6-month max term, working 56 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities include delivering respectful personal care, documenting care, assisting with transport, and advocating for clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications (minimum Cert III in Disability or Individual Support).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and provide person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in a group home.
• Maintain safety and a respectful environment for all clients.
• Complete client documentation and update records.
