Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide high‑quality in‑home aged care and disability support in Australia. You will help clients live independently, assist with personal care, meal prep and social activities, and support families with flexible, casual shifts.

Responsibilities include personal care, social support, medication assistance, transport to appointments, and developing client care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services.
• Satisfactory Australian National Police Check.
• Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Be authorised to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and domestic care with empathy and kindness.
• Support clients socially and facilitate social engagement.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.
• Assist with medications on a prompt basis.
• Provide respite care when needed.
• Assist with domestic tasks and household chores.
