Greenacres Care Home Limited is seeking dedicated staff to support residents in daily living, helping with morning routines, personal care, meals, and mobility to encourage independence and activity within their abilities.

You will assist with toileting, dressing, monitoring health cues with the care team, and participate in meetings and trainings while upholding confidentiality, safety, and dignity in every interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with getting up in the morning, washing and dressing, and maintaining personal appearance.
• Assisting with preparation of meals, drinks and snacks as needed.
• Providing assistance with toileting and changing clothes.
• Providing support with other daily living tasks as part of the care team.
• Monitor health-related conditions and liaise with nursing staff as required.
